SEEKING CENTER
The following 12-part mixed media relief piece is titled "Seeking Center". The underlying organization of the piece references the hours on a clock and colors on the color wheel while exploring the notion of “centering”—physical, emotional, or spiritual. Each of the 12 parts examine elements that can lead one closer or drive one further away from balance. Found objects are used as metaphor as I combine traditional and non-traditional materials and techniques.
